Diversity and Inclusion at IUPUI

Indiana University’s equal opportunity policy was established and reinforced by a series of resolutions adopted by the Indiana University Board of Trustees beginning in November, 1969. This statement has since been expanded to include disabled veterans, veterans of the Vietnam era, and people with disabilities, thus reaching its present form as reaffirmed December 4, 1992.

It has been, and will continue to be, the policy of IUPUI to be an equal opportunity employer. An EEO policy memorandum has been issued annually by the Chancellor to all faculty, staff and students on this campus, reaffirming IUPUI’s commitment to equal opportunity policies.
